There are two ways of providing certificates for learners who complete the course.
1) Leaners access their certificates once they complete all required course material
If the course is set for automatic delivery of certificates, once learners complete all required course material and they will be able to access and download a certificate with their name.
2) Facilitator administered certificates
This option is available for training service providers that want to use their own certificates or prefer to manually sign the Gateway Academy certificates. In this case, once learners complete all required course material, they will see a message saying that the facilitators will reach out with their certificates.
